I don’t remember the circumstances behind this recipe, or his I even came up with it. It was probably me being lazy and not wanting to season anything.
But nevertheless, it came to be and it is one of my husband’s favorite chicken recipes of mine. Yay for easy favorites!
– 1 lb chicken tenders
– 1/2 cup or more of Italian dressing
Coat the bottom of a skillet with some of your Italian dressing and place chicken in skillet. Cover with the remainder of your dressing.
Cook on med-high heat until thoroughly cooked through. Sometimes I even add some whole cherry tomatoes in there while it’s cooking and they burst and add to the fresh flavor.

I make this recipe a LOT, but I put it in the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. We usually (but not always) shred the chicken and put it on buns. We love it at our house.
